Technology leadership and innovation sometimes seem like buzzwords, but when it comes to these guys; it’s truly in their genes!
After years in leadership positions, Evolabel co-founders are now going back to the roots and
will focus even more on technology leadership and innovation.
Technology leadership and innovation doesn’t come for free, it takes focus and dedication. This is why co-founders Henrik Bohre and Gerard Dijkstra have decided to take the role as Innovation & Technical Advisors for Evolabel.
“As Innovation & Technical Advisors we will support the whole company, taking it to the next level", says Henrik Bohre. He continues: “Our mission is still to provide our customers with the best products, that are also simple to use. It’s as simple as that.”
One of Evolabel's key success factors has been the ability to stay ahead of trends. Through our global partner network, we stay closely connected to the market and adapt quickly to customer needs. A notable example is when Henrik sketched a completely new product concept on a flight over the Atlantic Ocean. He had just visited a major potential e-commerce client with a specific requirement, and by Monday morning, the idea was already prototyped, and testing begun.
This adaptability and disruptive mindset have guided Evolabel throughout the years. These new role changes mark an important step to ensure we never lose focus on what truly matters: developing the best products on the market for our customers.
Evolab – an incubator
Gerard and Henrik are the principal patent holders at Evolabel, however, the spirit of innovation is not limited to one individual. Evolabel’s R&D organization is a source of creativity, with many team members having pending patents.
To allow creativity and innovation to flourish even further, a dedicated space – EVOLAB – has been established. It’s an incubator where new ideas are tested, not only from developers, but from all employees. Being able to efficiently turn ideas into innovative products is key to Evolabel’s future growth.
Henrik and Gerard are in it for the long run, they love what they do. Evolabel’s values, i.e. Respect, Teamwork and Have fun, are part of the company culture and strategy.
