Pallet Labeling System
Enhance safety, maximize throughput, ensure traceability, and stay flexible — all within a compact footprint of less than 1 sqm (10.8 sqft), including the stand.
It features high capacity, labeling up to 5 pallets per minute, with label roll changes in under1 minute. With the Motorized Stand XL, stacked pallets are labeled using a single system.
With safety in focus, the system constantly monitors movement and stops in the event of unexpected obstacles, loss of power or compressed air. It features a unique tactile arm and a pivotable machine mount, both designed to steer away
— enhancing operational safety.
The patented Multi Side, FlexWipe® Applicator 360 degree motion allows the same configuration to apply labels on either of the two adjacent sides within 12 seconds, including barcode validation. With a second pallet stop, a third side can also be labeled, providing unmatched flexibility and efficiency.

Efficient, flexible and safety oriented tamp solutions, allowing seamless adaptation between different product types and heights.
The Applicator features a lightweight yet rigid aluminum profile, supporting adjustable stroke lengths from 150 mm (5.9”) up to 850 mm (33.5”). This flexibility enables seamless adaptation to various product types and heights.
Its long, controlled stroke length makes it ideal for side, top, and pallet labeling, accommodating various package sizes with high accuracy and operational safety.
The eTamp Applicator is driven by a stepper motor instead of pneumatics, offering enhanced safety, reduced weight, and improved precision. If an obstruction, such as a hand, is detected, the Applicator automatically returns to its home position, minimizing the risk of injury.
