Arla Foods in Götene, Sweden has invested in a new fully automated print & apply solution from Evolabel. The system print and applies labels on the top and bottom of various size packs of sliced cheese with a total peak-capacity of 180 packs per minute.

Two parallel lines are equipped with totally four Evolabel D43 belt for top labeling and four Evolabel D43 belt for bottom labeling. The "extra" four printers gives the system full redundancy, i.e. each printer has a back-up printer that automatically takes over when changing labels, servicing etc.

Each printer is automatically presented to the operator in an ergonomic service position for fast and easy change of labels or maintenance. Evolabel is proud and happy to get a continued confidence from Arla Foods that with this latest investment has totally four fully automated marking stations from Evolabel.
